There was dust on the furniture, cockroaches in the bathroom, bathroom shower was broken and had leakage, only one towel for 4 nights, bedsheets were smelling, breakfast options were very limited and not worth what they charged for. They did not clean the room for the entire duration i was there.」

「They don’t have a pantry/kitchen. Every single thing comes from there adjacent property. Being it napkins/ tea and takes long time to deliver which makes their service pathetic. They expect their guests to walk into another property to have complimentary breakfast. Breakfast too needs to be improved. No fruits/ juice. Less variety. Less of a hotel more of a good guesthouse. 」
