They are very friendly to purchase the mobile sim card from the vending machine that provide us convenience during our stay. There are well display and various of buffet item during our stay.」

「The hotel is situated in the central of old town which is a great location. The staff are helpful and friendly. The only thing is that the sewage system in the old town is probably old and so some smell comes up from the sewage pipes. 」

「The hotel is well maintained and clean. No smell in the room as many hotels in the old town has problem with their pipe smell. Breakfast is excellent with many good choices of healthy food. Staff are polite and helpful. It is close to the meeting points of some day tours but it is a little bit far from the central part of old street by walking. 」

「Incredible, unique stay! It the middle with old Tbilisi, located on a hill and has a beautiful view of the city. The pool is 24/7 so we were able to take a midnight swim. Breakfast was simple but good. The communication with hotel staff was superb via Viber and phone calls. Check in was seamless. Would stay here again! 」

「We arrived at night, they didn’t have a room ready, tho we communicated that we will arrive later. So we paid for the whole night, arrived at 6 am, they didn’t have a room and suggest us to wait until 11, next day of our booking. This is beyond rude. Besides that there is a bar or something downstairs, so at night on the weekends it is challenging to sleep, very noisy outside even at 1,2,3 am. I suggest you avoid this hotel at all costs. That night wasn’t refunded by the way, but they...

「Lovely hotel, we really liked our stay. Staff is friendly and responsive. I would only say that storage of clothes was a bit problematic, but I must say we had a lot with us. Have very good memories about this place. Breakfasts were super tasty. Great job TUTA! 」
