「The hotel is in an excellent location, making it very convenient to explore Milan. However, the property feels a bit dated, and the room could use some updates. One of the lights in our room wasn’t working, and the overall lighting was quite dim. Since we checked in late at night and left early the next morning, we didn’t bother reporting the issue to the hotel. Overall, the location is definitely a plus, but the room’s condition and lighting could be improved to make the stay more comfortable」

「I enjoyed my stay here. The location was convenient, and I would stay again. I did have an issue when I tried to use the kettle to make tea; it was appalling inside, and I was mortified to see mold. The staff was great at responding and said it would be replaced. I decided I would just go out for tea or coffee instead. Apart from that small issue, everything was super clean and I liked staying here. I would stay again. I had the best pasta around the corner from here and loved the location so...

「at first, overwhelmed by the greetings from all the staffs in the lobby, too friendly or overwhelmed is subjective. what really threw us off was that as a five star hotel that emphasized on services, charging for bottled water was just ridiculous. this was the first five star hotel where we were charged for bottled water. besides, the brand they offered was the same as a FOUR STAR hotel nearby, and they gave out the water nonstop and fully complimentary!! DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE PRICE. 」
