「We had a wonderful stay in Erfurt. As a group of 9, we required 3 rooms and Nancy and the rest of the staff were so kind and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable by upgrading our rooms. My German isn’t very good (OK, it’s basically non existent), but Nancy was patient with my attempts and happy to explain things in English.
Our visit coincided with the Erfurt Oktoberfest which was just down the road. We had a lot of fun at the festival.

「Wunderbares kleines Hotel für einen Trip nach Erfurt. Sauber, ruhig, bequeme Betten und gute Lage mit kostenlosen Parkplatz. Nicht zu vergessen das hervorragende Frühstück mit allem drum und dran. Wir würden dieses Hotel sofort wieder buchen.」

「We’re so disappointed that my room type doesn’t have air conditioners which not mentioned in hotel.com. Otherwise we absolutely won’t book it. And the room facilities are old and the beds lack of support. We’re not happy for this stay. 」

「Wunderbar gelegen direkt in der Altstadt, Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Super Frühstück, Rezeption rund um die Uhr besetzt. Im Moment wird gerade ein wenig an den Außenanlagen gearbeitet, muss halt auch mal sein, aber keine Lärmbelästigung. Wir konnten unser Doppelzimmer schon gegen 11 Uhr beziehen und hatten sogar eine Badewanne!」
