Lovely room, great plunge pool on the top floor and great amenities to go with that. The air conditioning was also great - thank goodness. Sometimes you have such a good experience with people that it makes your holiday. The staff did that for us. We will be back.」

「When we first arrived it was late and on getting into the room we were a little disappointed; it’s very basic with no tea/coffee facilities and the mattress on the bed is extremely thin and hard. 「Perfect location for Es Castell, short walk to the port but also very close for the bus to Mahon. Room was basic but all you need. My only comments would be in regard to check-in - details are sent by email so you need roaming/wifi to access, and (may just be my settings) was VERY small to read - could be complicated for those expecting a reception etc. Link for tourist tax payment did not work but staff were around and able to support on check out.」

「This is the second time I have stayed here and would definitely stay again. The staff work very hard, always friendly, always helpful and welcoming. I didn't see any member of staff not working, they don't stop. Extremely clean as well. Huge selection of food. I have also used your sister hotel in Cala Galdana which is just as nice.
