「I was very disappointed after reading it was rated so high. I don’t get it. There was nothing “exceptional” about the property except perhaps for the location. Not the rooms, not the breakfast, not the room amenities. It was OK if you get a really good price for this 3 star hotel.」

「This is a little B & B not a hotel. We were dropped off and surprised as it was inside an apartment building. But boy once we went inside it was lovely! We got to experience an authentic night in Rome. Thankful our journey took us to this little B&B. We had an early morning flight and our host took care of setting up transportation and even made sure we had a bite of breakfast early morning. She gave us tips on where to shop and even set up dinner reservations.」

「My fiance and I had our wedding reception at Palazzo Shedir. It was magical from the start. We stayed at the property for the 6 days we were in Rome and it was magical. Samuels, the GM worked his magic and professionalism from the start. The entire staff Alessandro, Giorgio, Jobin, Enrique and Dianne were all amazing - 10/10 would recommend!」

「The rooms were nice but the check in press was confusing. No one was a the reception desk when we got there and another guest got us in where we had the cleaning lady check us in. It was coordinating via WhatsApp with the manager after that for check in etc. We did enjoy the apartment and the location was good. Just lacking a few utensils and amenities like body lotion but we liked it.」

「We travel to Rome once a year and have stayed at some beautiful 5 star hotels. However we only needed a hotel for one night before flying early the next day. Do not believe the pictures online. It was a below average hotel for a 4.5 star hotel. It’s awful!!」

「Beautiful decor downstairs. The rooms were plain but roomy and serviceable. Shared space for two rooms had an extra bathroom and a counter with packaged snacks, coffee and tea maker, water and a refrigerator.」
