"I booked this hotel for a one night stay for my elderly dad and the flight from Atlanta always gets in at 9am and check in is usually until 3pm but I am so grateful they gave him his room right away and he did not have to wait and could catch up on his sleep before continuing his travels the next day! "Das Hotelzimmer ist groß und die Lage gut. Nun zu den eigentlichen Problemen: Das Zimmer roch unangenehm. Außerdem war es extrem laut. Der Gastgeber ließ mich nicht gehen, und ich konnte keine einzige Nacht schlafen. Ich habe Hotels.com kontaktiert, doch der Gastgeber reagierte nicht. Mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass der Lärm nicht vom Hotel stamme – was jedoch nicht stimmt. Die Geräusche kamen eindeutig aus dem Treppenhaus: ein dauerhaftes, sehr lautes Lüftergeräusch, rund um die Uhr (7/24)....
