「One of the best hotels I’ve stayed, and I said this even with my wife’s high standard. The service and cleanliness were impeccable. There isn’t a car park but the hotel concierge was willing to help us carry our luggage from nearby carpark. We liked even the vintage elevator that came with the hotel. 」

「spacy, well-maintained and clean apartment and friendly staff. Very nice location which is closed to the central part of the Milan.」

「Hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. Clearly stated the route of sightseeing with map provided which is really nice for visitors. Just 5 minutes walk away from the Duomo. And free soft drinks are provided in the fridge. Nice :))」

「Location was excellent. Welcoming staff. Excellent bell services. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was great too except the services were not as friendly. 」

「Our stay at Crossing Manzoni was absolutely wonderful. The location was perfect, the room was stylish, comfortable, and very well maintained, and the overall atmosphere felt both elegant and relaxing. There is no breakfast service, but instead they provide a complimentary snack and drink corner for guests, with sweets and beverages available throughout the day. We actually found this very convenient and enjoyed being able to help ourselves whenever we wanted. The staff were also very kind and...

「An amazing hotel, a little gem located on a quiet street, less than 5 minutes away from Scala theater and from Duomo. This hotel is luxury at its best, I felt pampered and cared for during my 2 days stay. The decoration and designs are superb, the quality and attention to details, fabulous à la cart breakfast, and not at last, the professional staff, who managed to be friendly, warm and super supportive. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel! Thank you everyone at Casa Laveni...

「The boss Leonardo is very kind, he even gave me his whatsapp and had a quick response when I need something. The location is good very near to Duomo and Via Monte Napoleone, and the room is clean. The public car park is close. In general I'm satisfied considering the price. 」
