「Great location for exploring beautiful Lyon. I did find our initial arrival into the hotel a bit awkward. The hotel itself is located inside an apartment building so you have to communicate through a buzzer system, then heavy doors and lastly into a very small elevator or two flights of stairs. 「The hotel’s location is excellent - right in front of beautiful Saone and very close to Lyon old town. The transportation details provided by the hotel is so clear that I was able to arrive the hotel easily by public transportation without any issue. In addition, the hotel staff are very supportive and willing to assist, which make my stay relaxed and comfortable. 」

「房间特殊要求两张单人床，酒店给的双人床。厕所的玻璃门隐蔽性太差。对于5星酒店服务来说绝对是个错误。」

「I stayed there for 3 nights. My room had 2 beds, a double and a single. From the first night I slept in a double room and was attacked by bugs, I didn't know what kind of bugs it was. Told reception the next morning and they promised they would spray the room. The same thing happened the second night, and I ended up putting the tower on the single bed to sleep」

「We had a lovely stay at Charité! The hotel is basic but comfortable. Good mattress, powerful shower, effective air con and quiet rooms. Reception were super friendly (we spoke with 4 different individuals across our stay, all great) and the coffee was appreciated! The hotel was an excellent location for us and we walked most places. 「The hotel is conveniently located as it's opposite to Lyon Gare Part-Dieu and the tramway station. It's easy to travel to the airport. The room was basic without any electric kettle or fridge, but it's not a problem for me as I only stayed for two nights.」

「Centrale ligging dichtbij het metrostation op max 5 min loopafstand. Personeel super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamer wat aan de kleine kant maar verder prima. Lekker bed en door de rolluiken heel donker. Na een lange dag wandelen door het moois wat Lyon te bieden heeft, kwamen deze luiken goed van pas. De volgende ochtend werd ik heerlijk uitgerust wakker. Pas nadat de rolluiken opengingen zag ik hoe licht en druk het buiten al was. Vanuit de kamer niets gemerkt :) Ontbijt ook super. Croissants...
