「We stayed for three nights in total, and everything from start to finish was fantastic, from the pick-up and warm welcome to the beautiful fresh breakfasts, great coffees, and well-stocked fridge of drink (with an honesty box). The rear garden was so relaxing, and our room was absolutely perfect for us. We loved our getaway and will definitely be back again soon!」

「Casi imposible contactar con los propietarios,faltavan servicios los quales en la reserva se incluian,no sabian nada de nuestra reserva y le dieron nuestra habitacion a otros huespedes q se quedaron fuera al ver q la habitacion estava ocupada,nos supo muy mal por ellos pq reservaron hace cinco meses y nosotros tansolo el dia antes,la recepcion nos la hacieron otros huespedes despues de estar media hora intentando contactar,,estando mal aparcados enmedio de la calle cuando en los filtros previos...

「Very good location, all staff are helpful and friendly. Room is clean and nice . I left a handbag on the chair in the bar, they help me to keep the bag and try to return to me. Th e car park is not in the hotel , you have to park the car in their parking lot, and call them come to take yr luggage and you walk 2 mins to the hotel.」

「The property was in a good location, quiet but walkable to all important sites. Catherine was a lovely host, very accommodating, had breakfast ready each morning and kept our luggage on our day of departure. 」

「Spent one evening at Résidence Carmina with our German Shepherd. The apartment was well appointed, spacious and very clean. The bed was large and very comfortable. Quality linens. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. We appreciated the secure parking, inner courtyard and just a short walk to the medieval city of Carcasonne.」
