Very clean and excellent coustomer service . The South Indian traditional food was so good . The buffet breakfast was very nice . The receptionist went out if his way to the street to get me a taxi negotiate the price and he make sure I was not ripped off. I was treated like a family member .

Very hospitable staff and the restaurant food was varied and always at a very high standard. The only disappointment was the under powered shower. In my opinion, the showers (we stayed in two different rooms) need a radical upgrade

Hotel simple et correct pour une étape
Hotel correct pour y passer une nuit lors d'une étape. Petit déjeuner très très basique par contre. Wifi très bien dans la chambre ou on était.

Luxurious hotel for a budget price (for Oman)
As a backpacker who's used to staying in rock-bottom budget hotels and hostels this was one of the most luxurious hotels I've ever stayed in. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, quiet, huge bed, bathroom, small balcony, TV with BBC World but not many other English language channels, air-con and free wi-fi plus a great free buffet breakfast. I'm not used to such luxury. It was great to also have a bath but I just wish the hot water boiler was bigger so I could've filled it more that a few inches before the water ran cold.

Close to airport
Hotel is not particularly appealing. Easy to find, parking ok. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is poor. Opens on the seeb souq conveniently. Overall i would only recommend this to somebody looking for cheao value for money accomodation near the airport.

لقد سعدت بإقامتي للمرة الثانية في هذا الفندق ولمدة يومين.. يتميز الفندق بحسن الإستقبال من قبل الموظفين الرائعين في الإستقبال وحسن أخلاقهم وحسن تعاملهم.. لهذا أود أن أشكرهم كما يسعدني أن أشكر المدير العام للفندق الذي أستقبلني بحفاوة ورافقني حتى الغرفة.. الفندق نظيف ومرتب وهادئ وسعره معقول.. الموقع في سوق السيب وقريب من الشاطئ.. كما يسعدني أن أحجز فيه في المرات القادمة.

Fine for a night.
Good service, but the hotel is a bit dated. Rather clean though. They are trying to renovate the rooms, but we could clearly see that this was an old place. Breakfast was included. The restaurant should be a bit brighter. Disposable slippers provided. Free parking.

Zentrales Hotel mti kleinen Mängeln
Wir haben eine Nacht in dem Hotel verbracht. Normalerweise galt der Check-in erst ab 12:30 Uhr, als wir aber schon um 10:00 Uhr aufschlugen war es kein Problem ohne Aufpreis unser Zimmer zu beziehen: Absoluter Pluspunkt! Mit der Reinigung des Zimmers nimmt man es scheinbar nicht so genau, der Boden war doch ziemlich dreckig was den ersten guten Eindruck wieder etwas trübte. Ansonsten waren die Zimmer ganz gut ausgestattet und die Betten bequem. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, zum Strand (nicht zum baden geeignet) sind es lediglich 5 min. Ansonsten hat der Ort Seeb nicht allzu viel zu bieten aber die Leute sind freundlich und man ist in 20 min am Flughafen. Ein Abendessen im Hotel ist durchaus zu empfehlen. Man bekommt kleine Snacks zum Getränk und die Küche ist auch sehr gut. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist recht klein gehalten aber durchaus ansprechend.

bad service, this was a business trip from dubai. on webpage it clearly should free cancellation of reservation. client had border check documentation problem. The hotel refused to cancel nor alter the reservation days from two to one day. i compiled to make payments for today's in one way or another. this is was very first instant. Hotel.com, management should review the contract with this hotel. Secondly, i was informed any cancellation should be done through the hostel.com portal page. This is a monopoly and customer is at loss. My business client were returned from UAE border and i paid for 2 nights advance.

Need improvement
I stay in the hotel 3 days, the hotel need renovation and the service need to be improved. There was no housekeeping over my entire stay, everything outdated, information in Reception was poor I will for sure not come back, even I like the small city and all the shops around.

It's a budget hotel but has a comfortable bed.
I've booked this hotel in Germany before i fly to Muscat. Honestly, i had no good feelings after i've done booked this Hotel. But it was the cheapest and still has the average "Reviews" and the rooms does look comfortable and clean. I've booked "room with windows" and that what i've got as well....though on the street side,but it wasn't such loud. The Hotel is nearby Al Seeb Beach, walking distance(20 min). The room was clean. It has a small sitting area and a coutch as well. No kettle in the room but drink hot water could be ask. Among the Housekeeping are Indian but they were helpful and friendly. What weren't good is the "breakfast place"and "the Lobby". They are really need to up to date(modernize,such lights and paint). I would say it doesn't fitted to it's floor and to the rooms because they look a bit modern and cleanly. I would recommend this hotel.
