「Great if you are staying for a long time」

「We had a great stay! The property was very clean and well-maintained, which made it very comfortable. The location was excellent — the metro station was just nearby, making it super convenient to get around the city. Would definitely recommend to others! 」

「I would say this was like living in an apartment and not in a hotel. It was amazing, the place was nice and clean and had a very nice sized fridge with a really nice kitchen. And don’t get me started on the bathing room. It was super nice and the bathtub was amazing especially when you had a long day off walking. The only down side is I was not to found of Shinjuku the prefecture it’s self it was pretty dirty and coming straight from Osaka where it was a lot more of a relaxing vibe, I would say...

「住宿地點超級遠，根本不近市中心，如果需要搭地鐵或JR，根本上要行上20分鐘，不是他們所說幾分鐘就到地鐵站，住宿附近沒有任何便利店，回酒店前要買好所有需要的用品，如果不是住地下層，2樓以上要搬樓梯，如果行李重的話是很辛苦的，去搬一次走的時候也要搬一次，晚上隔音設備很差，鄰居聊天的說話完全可以聽到，我們五個人，只有三張被，要求多一張也不能，就算有暖氣，也不會開到太高度數，因為真的很乾！頭髮風筒也很像玩具似的，一點力度也沒有！」

「整體尚可。 1.旁邊有一個停車場（Times)，自駕的好選擇 2.對面有一家庭餐廳（喬納森）不錯吃，開到晚上2點，晚上回到住宿地肚子餓的話可以去吃。 3.出門口右轉200公尺有一間7-eleven,很方便。 4.沒斜坡可推行李至電梯處，如果有大行李的，你的雙手要很夠力。 5.床鋪太軟，感覺裡面的彈簧會隨時跑出來。 6.床鋪底下灰塵多，而且還有前個住客留下的東西。 綜上所述，整體尚可」

「The space was a great size and very comfortable in a quiet area close to the heart of Shinjuku. Lots of fun bars and coffee shops around. Would highly recommend!」

「這次旅程為了去吉祥寺和池袋、東京巨蛋等地方，選了走路到中央總武線大久保站4分鐘、到山手線新大久保站8分鐘的這間民宿，交通上非常便利。鄰近的韓國街除了美味的韓國烤肉還有各國料理，到晚上十點還是非常熱鬧，晚點抵達不怕餓肚子。旅館報到時間從15:00-21:00很寬裕，櫃檯英文很好，態度友善使人安心。我們住了四晚，第三天有提供清潔服務。」

「Very spacious by Tokyo standards. I liked that it had three full beds for the whole fam. Fully set kitchen and fridge for any cooking you want to do. AC works exceptionally well which was nice at the end of a hot and humid day. A bit off the beaten track but easy to get everywhere with different subway stations within a 10 minutes walk. It felt very safe here. 」

「The room I stayed was clean and well-equipped. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Yet the room is space-limited, I think it’s fine for one person but may not be sufficient for two persons. Generally it’s a good accommodation for me. 」
