「Hôtel avec des insectes dans ma chambre, ce qui a été nié par l'hôtel, le tout en étant particulièrement désagréable. Dans le même temps, ma collègue s'est retrouvée piquée par des punaises de lit et aux urgences pour une réaction allergique. Quand on signale ce point, le personnel met en doute ne s'excuse pas et est très désagréable. Pas de petit déjeuner? Une plateforme qui ne marche pas pour récupérer les factures... rien ne va, ni le fond ni la forme. À éviter absolument」
