" Checking in was a pain in the butt. There's nobody there they don't send you the text message they are supposed to. Then when you figure out how to get them on the phone the codes to get into the room are wrong. People were standing outside trying to figure out how to get information to get into the room they rented. And for goodness sake put some light in the room. Seems like almost everywhere you go the rooms are so dark there's not enough lights and the lights they have are bright enough."
