「位於Mallorca北部的度假飯店，距離Palma大概40分鐘車程，飯店服務非常好感覺有特別訓練過，隸屬Groupotel飯店集團底下的4星飯店。 我在此待了三天，所定房價包含了早餐及晚餐，若住客多，則都是採Bufet制度，雖然稱不上是非常高檔，但是整體來說還不錯（島上餐廳並不多），房間空間也大，此外，飯店對面即是美麗的海灘，對於早上晨跑者來說是一大享受，若有考慮Alcudia則非常推薦此飯店。」

「Absolutely stunning Suite! We stayed here for my partners birthday and they were very accommodating and helpful with setting up his surprise. The room was lovely and the jacuzzi was something that you don’t know you need! 」

「I had a very nice stay. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with lots of variety. Loved the nightly entertainment at the bar. Room had a kitchenette and was clean and comfortable. The only issue was that the mattress felt poor quality and sunk in significantly. Aside from this, everything else was excellent. 」

「This a quiet clean hotel with very helpful staff. The location is quiet and just a few minutes walk from the beach and restaurants etc. The room was comfortable with a nice balcony overlooking the pool. I would stay again. 」

But the staff was very helpfully trying to relocate me to other hotel.( They could have cancelled my reservation without asking me. ). I appreciate very much for high quality of the staffs’ performance. I am pretty sure I would like to stay in their hotel next time when I travel.」

「Le logement est agréable et très propre. Les serviettes sont changées tous les deux jours. Le logement est situé dans une rue très calme où il est facile de se garer. Les propriétaires sont réactifs (bien que pas toujours présents, ils répondent très rapidement aux mails). Femme de ménage très gentille. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent. Seul bémol : les logements sont mal insonorisés mais sur 10 jours de séjour nous n'avons eu que 2 fois quelques désagréments liés aux bruits du voisinage.」

「More of a complex than a hotel, had to drive around twice to find check in. Dissapointed with communication. reported on the first night that the heating, cooling was not working and the patio door would not lock, these issues were ignored. Otherwise, very good stay and fantastic choice of food.」

「The Flora is beautifully maintained, clean and well-equipped. Location is perfect, very near seafront and main town square and yet lovely & quiet. Staff are lovely, very helpful and hotel shuttle to airport was very well-priced. Only niggle for us was the beds - extremely firm and not that comfortable. 」

「Our stay at this resort was a perfect location. It’s located right on the beach, which made it very convenient. The all inclusive package was well worth it. Beatriz at the front desk was very helpful. We used the spa to get facials and massages. The staff at the spa were also amazing. Definitely 10/10 recommend. 」
