Die Anlage ist insgesamt in die Jahre gekommen. Die Lobby ist noch in einem sehr ansprechenden Zustand. Die Zimmer sind leider schon in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Die Betten gleichen Kasernenbetten. Beim Umdrehen in der Nacht rutschen die Betten am Boden umher und man wird durch das quietschen geweckt. Das Sofa ist sehr vergilbt und verdreckt. Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig. Man kann die Gäste aus den Nebenzimmern hören, als wären sie im gleichen Zimmer. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ziemlich spärlich und es gibt jeden Morgen das gleiche. Die Geräte im Fitnessraus sind auch veraltet und kaum zu gebrauchen. Von 5 funktionieren nur 3, wobei das Spinningrad stark verrostet war. Der Safe gegen Aufpreis war bekannt, aber gehört absolut nicht zum Standard. Für den Wechsel der Badehandtücher muss man 1€ pro Tag zahlen. Das Personal war in der ganzen Anlage aber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Un hôtel super pour les familles avec enfants. Les piscines intérieures et extérieures sont géniales, la mer à deux pas, eaux cristallines et peu profondes. Le buffet est excellent, diversifié. Les chambres sont parfaitement aménagées. Le personnel est adorable, le personnel de ménage, les serveurs, l’accueil, tous étaient adorables avec notre petit garçon. Merci à tous pour ces fabuleuses vacances !

We had a ground floor room with a tub and garden which was lovely. Beds were comfy, housekeeping was good and cleaned every day. Everything we needed in the room with a supermarket opposite. Breakfast was nice but we didn't enjoy the evening meal at all and all struggled to choose something, we were half board but didnt go back in after night 3 which was a pain as very little choice of restaurants nearby (2), lucky we had a car. They were strange options, a lot of veal when chicken would have been a much better option. It all looked unapitising, especially the night with the baby suckling pig. My nephew hasnt stopped talking about his poor little face! 😔

Booked the holiday at the last minute and wasnt sure what to expect having never been to a resort before. On arrival we found the rooms to be large comfortable and clean, and the resort to be beautiful and well catered. My kids especially enjoyed the kids club and loved the evening entertainment.

Le seul problème qui nous as gâché notre séjour est la clientèle avec enfants bas âges , sur les 240 chambres il devait y avoir 300 enfants au moins qui ne faisaient que crier pendant les repas !... Clientèle uniquement Allemande , aucune animation en Français , personnel ne parlant pas Français . Il est inadmissible de vendre des séjours pour personnes sans enfant dans cet établissement il est impossible de trouver un moment de calme , même dans le spa des bébés avec couche !... bonjour l’hygiène. Nous avons rencontré le directeur qui nous a expliqué que l’établissement était spécialisé dans les familles . Notre séjour à été gâché , en plus j’ai loué par votre intermédiaire une voiture chez Goldcar payé avec mon séjour pour environ 45€ , mais cette agence est une vraie organisation mafieuse , assurance en plus , taxes, etc... je me suis retrouvé avec une location à + de 350 € regardez les avis sur ce loueur et vous comprendrez les techniques utilisées !... je ne comprends pas comment une agence comme expédia peut travailler avec ce genre de prestataire !’. Nous sommes déjà partis plusieurs fois avec vous , mais ce séjour nous laisse un grand doute sur votre sérieux , je n’ai à ce jour mis aucune évaluation sur trip advisor j’attends vos explicati9ns , je vous demande de faire un geste commercial à notre égard . Regular. Buffet. Espacios con alimentos vacios no repuestos o no atendidos. Zona de pasta no atendida, hasta q no hay personas esperando no aparece nadie para atenderte. Mucho tiempo sin reponer alimentos en otros espacios. Solo se salva el personal de la plancha Recepcion. Mal. En general no nos sentimos comodos con el trato del personal de recepcion, parece q les molesta tratar con españoles. Especialmente a la llegada. Limpieza en general muy bien, animacion tambien. Por lo general personal comedor muy bien.

L’hôte est magnifique et la plage également. Nous sommes partis la 3ème semaine d’avril et nous avons malheureusement eu 5 jours sur 7 de mauvais temps (vent et pluie). Il y a très peu de personnel qui parle français. Le club des enfants est destiné uniquement aux enfants allemands, c’est un peu dommage à mon sens. Notre fils n’a pas réellement pu se faire des copains de jeux même en parlant anglais. La chambre était très bien, la vue splendide et les repas très bons. Malgré le temps, nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Beautiful hotel, lacking service

Beautiful resort, but was very limited If you dont order the all inclusive, its not possible to get breakfast or even a coffee before 10 am. The spanish guides for kids was amazing, but Tui took over The last day, and everything was in german and very isolated. You Will have to pay 30 euro A day to use The sunbeds on The terrasse.

Beim duschen hat man das Bad komplett nass gemacht, da nicht gut abgedichtet. Gut fand ich den Innenpool, da man auch bei kalten kaltem Wetter etwas schwimmen kann.

Magnifique établissement, nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel très très sympathique malgré la barrière de la langue... Toujours aux petits soins et une attention particulière portée aux enfants. Le ménage est fait quotidiennement de fond en combles. Le restaurant propose de très nombreux menus, variés et très bons. La liste des points positifs est encore longue ! Je regrette juste qu'il n'y ait eu que peu d'animations. Merci pour ce séjour !

Super dejligt hotel. Lækkert poolområde. Direkte adgang fra poolområde til stranden. Rigtig god morgenmad- og aftensmadbuffet. Meget varieret udvalg. Pænt og rent overalt. Meget venligt personale. Mulighed for at deltage i masser af aktiviteter. Det er et børnevenligt hotel, så der er mange børnefamilier. Er du ikke til gråd og børnestøj, så er det ikke et hotel for dig. Der er ikke meget udstyr i køkkenet i lejligheden. Vi kommer helt sikkert gerne igen (også selvom vi ikke har små børn).

Ferie med vores børn, poolområderne var fantastiske, stranden skøn. Maden var fin og varieret. Ikke noget at klage over - kun at ferien kunne være længere 😊

Best hotel on Playa de Muro

Loved this hotel, food excellent and freshly made in some cases in front of you, so much choice. Staff are so hardworking. Daily maid service, she was lovely and always made our room fresh and tidy. It is predominantly Germans so most of the songs in the show are German but they still do include English. Pools were great and had something for everyone in the different types. They don't allow people to reserve sun beds and take towels away if people do so plenty of beds available throughout the day. Room was spacious, bright and modern. Sofa bed was massive and all for us could fit on it so plenty of space for the children to sleep. The beach is lovely and only a 30 second walk from the hotel through a gate. 2 beds and an umbrella €14 a day. We were in block 5 near the reception, some of the pool view rooms especially on the ground floor you are very exposed to people walking past so we preferred being up and out of the way, more privacy. There is a supermarket directly opposite if you need anything. We went to the arcades a lot across the road and you could ride ponies also. There is a mini train you can ride for €14 for a family of 2 adults 2 children, it takes you up to Alcudia town which is very busy and what we realised is our Hotel was definitely the best one and in a quiet location. Definitely planning to go back again. Thank you to all at the Playa Garden Selection for making our holiday so wonderful.

Strandnähe genial, Sauberkeit im Zimmer wäre ausbaufähig, Essen ist gut, Athmosphäre im Restaurant eher nichts für Leute ohne Kinder. Sehr unruhig und hektisch, ist halt ein Familienhotel. Personal durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei Bedarf (geht schnell bei kleinen Kindern) ist ein Arzt innerhalb von 30 Minuten auf dem Zimmer.
