So haben wir auf die Notfall-Nummer angerufen, da hat uns jemand in Deutsch weitergeholfen und auf ein anderes gereinigtes Zimmer umgebucht. Dies hat ein paar Minuten gedauert, aber schliesslich gut geklappt. Die Zimmer sind neu, gross und modern."

"Room was clean and had everything you’d need in a tourist class hotel and more: comfortable bed, desk and chair, separate chair and coffee table, free WiFi, and in-room coffee.
