If I could give it 0 stars, I would!! We arrived at the Love Hotel in Murdo and the entire place looked deserted, not a single car in the parking lot, no staff, no lights, absolutely nobody at the front desk. We tried calling, ringing the bell, waiting… nothing. It honestly looked abandoned. Which come to find out, locals from the town said it had been vacant for the last 3 months! Because there was literally NO ONE there to check us in, we ended up having to find another hotel late at night and then, to top it all off, they charged us a late fee for not checking in. We paid for a room we never got to use AND had to pay for a second hotel just so we had somewhere to sleep. Completely unacceptable. Save yourself the headache and stay anywhere else.

where to start? not only is this hotel ABANDONED, but apparently has been for months according to locals. even if it weren’t abandoned, from the outside, it looked very run down and not well taken care off. i’d choose zero if i could.

The towels and bathroom were dirty, the tub didn't drain, the bedding smelled moldy, and there was no soap for the sink. It looked like someone had cleaned fish in the sink, and spattered the tiles with fish guts. The mattress was awful. I can go on, but at least the heat works.

Maybe the fact that we made a reservation and ...they were closed?! When we called the # provided, they said "We are understaffed, you'll have to find another place to stay" When I asked for a full refund, they said, youll have to contact Expedia. We still haven't heard from either and it's been a week.

It was a bad pick. No ac, no tv, no wifi. There was paint coming of of the shower tub. It was so hot trying to sleep that we just got up and left at 4am. I feel sorry for 2 young people that just took it over 2 days before we got there. I would not recommend staying here.

The hoel is in serious need of maintenance and updates. Grounds are unkept, exterior of entry area needs repair. Inside of room was outdated and lacked basics like functioning AC and coffee cups for the in-room coffee maker.

Absolute dump. I was forced to leave review before checking in. No ac no tv something wrong with water i felt dirtier after shower than before. Absolutely thebworst hotel experience in 10 years of travel. If it cost 30.00 id maybe understand.

Well it started off I paid for 2 rooms and when we got there they only had one but couldn’t refund my money for the other room said I would have to call hotels after an hour being transferred back and forth and no one to help me I just called my bank to dispute the transaction

No one in office upon arrival. Had to call a cell phone and wait approximately 10 minutes for personnel to arrive.. Did not provide breakfast as advertised. Bathtub had “scum” in it. Flies in room. Dirty washcloth hanging on bathroom door. Poor air conditioning. 1 coffee pod for 4 adult guests.

When I arrived at 11:00 PM, the room was stifling hot and took quite some time to cool down. The t.v. did not work. When I took a shower the first morning, there was no shampoo. I could not find where they were serving breakfast. I am not a picky person, but when you pay $100 per night for a room, I at least expect minimum services.

Din't stay there!

Terrible place: bathroom ceiling cracked and falling down, tv didn't work and the blind on the window was broken so people could look right in at the bed. They advertize a free breakfast. It turned out it consisted of a small bag of chili fritos and a packet of crackers. I refused to stay there. I am asking for a refund.
