The hotel was absolutely lovely and even with a late arrival they were very pleasant and helpful, even with my awful German language skills! The room was cozy and comfortable. I will also add they had one of the best breakfasts I've yet seen at any hotel. Very extensive with meats and cheeses and patries and all of them were fresh and not store bought. I'll also add the hotel was an easy 15 minute walk through nice residential neighborhoods from the train station. Also it was a similarly pleasant 20 minute walk to the Panzermuseum.

Room 19 had a very strange layout on three different levels? Not sure if this was because we booked a double room? Single rooms either side of us were much more of a “normal layout” it made for an interesting journey to the bathroom in the middle of the night! The staff and restaurant were excellent.

Excellent stay at Hotel Stadt Munster

I always stay here when I am working in Munster. The entire staff team is very friendly and helpful. They always have a smile on their faces. Rooms are always clean. Breakfast is good. Walking distance to restaurants and pubs.

Vi skulle bare bruge et sted at sove, og det var fint. Der er ikke noget at råbe hurra for. Alt var i orden, som vi forventede det, men heller ikke mere. Vi var skuffet over at skulle betale for kaffen på værelset…

Mache es kurz: War das erste mal da und nur eine Nacht. Einzelzimmer: Sauber, auch das Bad. Funktionierende Dusche, Shampoo+ Duschgel sowie Fön vorhanden. Bett+ Matratze keine Klagen. TV vorhanden, aber nicht genutzt. Einziges Manko: Steckdosen fast alle in Benutzung (TV, Kühlschranks oder Nachttischlampe) Frühstück war super und Personal sehr freundlich. Und es sind wohl zwei Häuser, die zusammengehören, so der Check-in im Deutschen Haus(gegenüber) und der Check-out im Stadt Munster. Kostenlose Parkplätze gut vorhanden, aber wenn voll belegt, wird's eng. Fazit: Empfehlungswert, sicherlich auch mehr als nur eine Nacht! 😉

Wurde ins Deutsche Haus auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite umquartiert. Die beiden Häuser gehören zusammen, das Frühstück war im Stadt Munster. Alles schon in die Jahre gekommen, das Zimmer scheint mal etwas renoviert worden sein, das Bad war schon sehr alt. Für zwei Nächte war es in Ordnung, länger würde ich da aber nicht bleiben wollen.
