"The hotel is in a quiet area just outside Groningen. Easy to reach by car and if you wish to visit the city centre the P+R is convenient. Car parking is free and plentiful. Our room had a balcony and views over the countryside. The room itself was spacious and spotless. The reception staff were polite friendly and knowledgeable. We had dinner on both nights of our stay in the restaurant which was in my opinion excellent. It offered a wide variety of dishes for a very reasonable cost. Again the staff were top class. If I am in the area again this hotel will be my go to. "

"This property engages in FRADULENT billing practices. I paid via Expedia and was forced to pay again at the property in order to get my room key. 2 weeks later, the property is not responding to me OR Expedia.

"The hotel is perfectly fine, decent amenities and a very good breakfast. But the staff - especially at reception - were not very friendly and in the public areas they seemed more interested in cleaning than in the convenience of the guests."
