"Breakfast good and location good. Only concern was had to wait along time after check in to get a room key. I think they were having trouble getting the rooms all changed over. Otherwise, a nice visit."

"The customer service is non existent- absolutely awful experience. The hotel offers a late check in after reception hours which we requested ahead of time.
