"We had a lovely room right at the top of the hotel. Spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and modern. The bed was comfortable and the bedding of a good quality. The hotel had comfortable lounge and breakfast room, with good coffee on hand. Staff were very polite and helpful with a friendly manner. A great place to stay. "

"Excellent! Great staff, lovely bed, with great bedding including down pillows! Parking easy and lovely walk into centre of Delft! Also sitting in front of fire in car area! Absolutely will return! Oh and excellent breakfast!"

"Staff was professional and helpful. The property and room itself wasn’t what I expected. Our room was on the garden level and the floors were very cold (in March). The heat also never made the room quite warm enough. On the plus side, we had a sauna in our room which we tried and warmed us up nicely. The carpet in our room needed replacement."
