We were stranded in Munich in a snowstorm and it took us forever to get a cab. We ended up getting to the hotel at 4:30 am in the morning and the person leading the hotel had asked us to give him a call when we got to the hotel. We felt bad, but he was very nice about it and gave us a code to get the key from the lockbox, so that we were able to let ourselves in. The room was big, a little old fashioned but clean. The shower stall was rather small but functional. There were no amenities (no fridge, no water heater), but a hair dryer. The bed was surprisingly comfortable.

One night stop and rest to continue our road trip

The only reason i am giving low rating is because we were only there for one night to rest and shower. We were travelling the whole day and the next day as well and we only stopped to have shower and rest. But the shower was not working it was cold. So for 2 days we had to stay without shower. I would expect to be compensated in a better way and not only have free breakfast which was very poor anyway. I am still waiting if hotels.com can help in a way. I understand those things happen but you cant exoect to pay the full price when the service you had was definateky not full. Dissapointed

Das Hotel wirbt mit WLAN das nicht funktioniert. Man wird hingehalten das ein Servicetechniker kommt. Der bis zum Abreisetag nicht gekommen ist. Fernseher nur die ersten drei Programme. Bis Fernseher getauscht wurde. Man hat überlegt wie man uns wegen der Mängel entgegenkommen kann und am Abreisetag wurden wir dann einfach mit den Worten abgespeist: Sie haben ja schon mit Kreditkarte bezahlt. Wir Arbeiten auf Provision und deshalb können wir Ihnen nicht entgegenkommen.

Great rooms, wonderful staff and breakfast. Gute Gästezimmer, unds Frühstück war frisch jeden Morgen. Mitarbeiter waren auch freundlich.

Tolles sauberes Hotel um zum Beispiel die nahe gelegene Erding Theme zu besuchen. Preis-Leistung stimmt absolut, das Zimmer schön groß und sauber und das Frühstück läßt für normal sterbliche Menschen auch kein Wunsch offen. Das Hotel hat auch direkt vor der Haustür einen S-Bahnhof von dem man sicherlich auch gut bis nach München kommt. Ich würde mich dort jederzeit wieder einbuchen wenn ich in der Region wieder was unternehmen möchte.

O check in é todo feito pelo próprio hóspede devido ao Covid. Foi um pouco complicado no início, mas depois tudo correu bem. Café da manhã muito bom. Há um restaurante grego maravilhoso na frente do hotel

kleines gemütliches Hotel. es war alles sauber, Früstück war super. wir hatten befürchtungen bezüglich der Nähe zum Bahnhof (Lärmpegel) aber dem war nicht so. Personal war nett und unsere Zimmer waren richtig sauber. Kurzum alles gut.
