So disappointed with our very expensive room with terrace. The hotel is very clean and in a good location. No frills, which is expected for the price I paid. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed, there are restaurants and coffee shops directly outside for convenience. It is very walkable to the major sites of Bilbao. The check in was quick and the staff professional. The room had everything needed for a quiet night sleep and for work - fast WiFi, enough power outlets in the right places. Functional bathroom with enough warm water in the shower.
