Never saw anyone at the front desk until we checked out. The breakfast was very basic. The room was ok. The bathroom was basic. Overall not a terrible experience and suited our needs but could have been cleaner and more “comforts” or conveniences.

Reserved a room for my daughter who could not make it home due to flooding in Indiana. She video chatted me to show me her room, on site laundry etc. She said her room smelled fresh, shower was nice, laundry room clean and bed was comfortable.

Very nice room. My block out curtains needed fixing. Told one of the men upfront about it. Didn't fix it. Gave him permission to enter the room. Privacy from windows wasn't good. Can see into the room at night. Coffee was terrible. Overall not really bad. Just little things not like "home".

My key card failed to work on many occasions and I had to go to desk and have it reset. Sometimes I had to wait a long time before a staff member came to desk. That was frustrating.

The treadmill was broken, our bathroom door never properly closed and the inside handle came off. The cards kept shutting off. The a/c unit dripped all night and we had to catch the water in a bowl or else we would have had to walk on a wet carpet.
