Been coming many years, prompt checkin, both reception staff excellent, quiet room as requested, upgraded room as bonus, also assisted with lunch despite my late arrival. Room very spaciois, bed and pillows comfy. All meals tasty. 10 minutes by cab from airport.

I booked this property for my family visit to Bombay. This place was incredible beyond our expectations. Everything was perfect. My family loved it the most. They provided 3 meal course to them. The ambiance was outstanding. Also, they provided the travel cab for their nearby visits. The manager was the most helpful and kind man there. I will definitely recommend this to everyone.

The property in of its self is very nice. You won’t see it being patronized by a lot of foreigners due to the area it’s located. The staff at the hotel makes the stay enjoyable. Also the three square meals per day that can be included in the rate is amazing. Bring your own hand towel and face towels as well as lotions because the hotel doesn’t provide any. I’ll go back and stay there the next time I’m in Kohinoor City

Stafff at reception was great. I had my jacket ruined gave it for dry clean came back with buttons coloured were gone and a scratch right in front. They don’t have a clue what is dry clean. I also skipped few breakfast n dinner on my last day as I had a stomach problem I wanted some toast , one of the waiter quickly approach me just to tell me that it was chargeable . I probably would have paid but the way it was done ..not professional at all. Rooms was not swipe daily. There were work going on right next to my room. 3 days constantly I rang reception n they stop.
