I would recommend for couples or solo travel. Yes the room is a bit basic but for central Mumbai you could not get cleaner, quieter or safer. Short walk to Mumbai central train station and taxis always outside at any time, literally. Staff were outstanding - always available and more than happy to help. Really friendly people. There is a seating area out the front which is great to get out of the room for a while - completely safe and nobody approaches you from the street. If you want luxury then try elsewhere, but for simple/basic it was great - there is a small kitchen area guests can use also.

I booked in advance but couldn't stay due to overbooking. The accommodation fee does not return. I do not recommend.

The only positive part of the hotel is it's close proximity with the MMCT station otherwise the area and cleanliness in hotel is below par and I will not recommend this hotel for family stay.
