Hotel is a scam. Do not stay here. Do not pay the 4720INR extra for daily breakfast. The final bill at check out does not match the individual bills received for daily room service meals (implying they modified the bill after the food was delivered and before you pay for it at the end of your stay). You'll have no recourse pursuing refunds after you leave the hotel.

Fantastic property. Rooms for each of us were without fault. Staff was exceptional at front desk—woman whose name starts with Ka??? Restaurant staff went over the top for us with a surprise slice of cake and we celebrated a birthday!! The staff who did this were: Manesh, Zoi and Namrata. We will book this hotel again.

2. Was harassed time and again for dinner payment in the restaurant
3. No information was provided for requests of connecting room and closer to lift

all staff at your hotel is courteous and polite
pratima and shyli are great to talk to and ask for any help
shyli is very courteous and polite at breakfast time and also i see she doing a great job now at recieving and good bye to guests. pratima and shyli are great asset to your hotel. also biswajeet,summeet,tanmay,shweta, rohit are all great. some of them i dont remember the name they all were great also.

The room itself was as expected. Only that it was not as clean as it should was a weak point.
Further on some days it was very noisy as there were some celebration partys ongoining
The best thing of the hotel was the service personal and the food. Breakfast and Dinner was very good with a big joice of different things.
