「Aunque el hotel es espectacular, bellos jardines, área para descansar y observar la belleza del lago por todos lados, muy tranquilo y las habitaciones con unas vistas increíbles. El personal es muy atento y amable. La comida y bebidas en el restaurante son demasiado caras y debido a que el acceso al hotel es únicamente por agua, no se tienen otras opciones. Adicional aunque si puedes llevarte la comida y bebidas a donde gustes, debes ir hasta el restaurante para adquirirlo, no tienen servicio...

「Staff was very friendly and helpful! The bar area and restaurant were beautiful with outstanding views. We were in the lion yurt which was tired and needs a lot of updating - only for someone who likes very, very rustic and not big fear of big spiders. dogs, howling, and barking all night every night. After all, it is the jungle and most won’t bother you, but need to expect it.. loved the bathtub with a gorgeous view though.」

「I stayed for 3 nights 4 day, hotel staff were always very kind and helpful, from the front desk, restaurant and housekeeping staff all were amazing. Clean rooms and housekeeping attended to the rooms daily. Loved the view and the easy access to the lake. Walking distance from local shops and restaurants. Pool and garden area nice and clean. I did not try the restaurant because prices were higher compared to other local restaurants but it did look good.」

「Very attractive location and kind staff BUT….little privacy as the drapes were too narrow, quite noisy, towels didn’t feel fresh and worst of all all used toilet paper and female products had to be put in an open container near the toilet. Totally disgusting」

「El hotel esta enfrente del Lago eso es bonito , no hay muchas opciones de comer en el restaurant , el buffet de desayuno pesimo servicio ,l el personal del hotel muy amable esta en buena locacion puedes salir a caminar a buscar algo de comer ó agarrar la lancha para visitar Otros Pueblos . Esta limpio el personal de limpieza muy amble , las camas no es 5 Estrellas ,un poco comodas . La picina las 2 veces Que mus hijos la usaron estaba sucia , solo se metieron y salieron Si lo recomiendo por la...

「Les employés étaient super gentil, la chambre super propre et les toilettes/douche aussi. Il est à 10-15 minutes de marche de la ville, la route se fais super bien à pied ou avec des tuktuk. La vue sur le lac était incroyable, nous avons même eu la chance de voir quelques éruptions du volcan fuego au loin. J’y retournerais n’importe quand.」
