"Multiple times card key didn't work Front desk staff was extremely rude and unprofessional No lock on windows on 4th floor. Windows opened completely for a body to fit out of Rug had rug nails sticking out and cut foot open Tub and toilet leaked Room was 80 degrees heat and ac broken, we had to sleep with window open. Room was next to a bridge and it was loud all night We have pictures to prove "

"Very pleasant "

"Breakfast options are awesome, good customer servise, gym and swimming pool area are very neat and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay in the suite rooom. It's like home away from home, I definitely will come back. Highly recommended 👌 "

"Clean room "

"Room was VERY far from the parking garage. There was no internet or streaming available so the front desk asked if I wanted to cancel. I didn't, but was surprised they didn't offer a free pastry or muffin with their morning coffee(4 .00 dollars) as a trade. Especially since most places have these for FREE!! lol. Walk from garage to room was way too far. Will not stay again due to this. "

"The staff were very friendly and check in was easy. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was very quiet which is a huge plus for me! No traffic noise at all. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I would warn people about is the breakfast. There was coffee, orange juice, apple juice and packaged blueberry muffins. That was all. There wasn’t anything else to eat except those muffins. "

"Check-in was very easy and seamless. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Neal at the front desk. Lenny in the spa also gave my wife a great massage. We will be back"
