Not only were they able to assist in my commute to the airport and back, they were able to help me to items I needed, plan other upcoming trips and even store my luggage until my final stay before returning home. 「The check-in process was seamless and welcoming. The front desk staff greeted me with genuine warm welcome. Throughout my stay, every staff member—from housekeeping to concierge—was attentive, professional, and eager to help. They truly make you feel like a valued guest. The room was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated with a perfect blend of elegance and modern comfort. Shuttle was also very convenient. They also organized a tour for us which was very reasonable. 」

「New property. Breakfast buffet is ok. Rooms are ok but some minor design faults were seen. Shower cubical has no door. Therefore water spill onto outside. Spend lot on high ceilings and blockout curtains but light still slip in to the room. 」

「Beautiful hotel, very centrally located and right next to the ocean. Our room was nice and spacious and clean. Staff and management were very nice and helpful all around. Eg 1: I had hurt my ankle the previous day, and over our 2 day stay, they assisted my wife in getting ice for my leg. Eg 2: We also needed a screwdriver to remove the battery from a toy we bought (for plane travel), and the staff went out of their way to help out with it (laughing at us). The breakfast and dinner buffet...

「We fell in love with La maison de Colombo! It’s a haven of peace in a sometimes hectic city. The space is spectacular, the furniture, the pool, the rooms, the bedding - everything was done to high level of sophistication and comfort. And the French touch was beyond charming! The French posters mixing effortlessly with the Sri Lankan design was just perfect.
