「There were several issues. To resolve these, one has to communicate by email with the "Support Team". There is no on-site reception or support staff. Almost every time with over 30 emails, the response came from a different person who paid no attention to the earlier emails. As a result, response was very slow (several days), or no response at all.」

「Room No. 7 is right across the alley from the famous Krčma Šatlava restaurant. Magically however, the room is not smelly. We only occasionally hear noises from the restaurant or the street. Room is clean and comfortable, with a small kitchen.」

We did not like the fact that one side of the bed could not be walked to ie you had to climb over the bed. Our main issue however was that on the Expedia site it indicated parking was "included" in the price. It was NOT.」
