"Stayed over during a 12 hour transit. Very warm welcome at hotel! Front desk clerk who attended to us is a fine gentleman who was very helpful and courteous. Cluster Security Manager was happy to store luggage on our behalf till our return a couple days later. Pros: Room was well lit, spacious, clean and quiet though it smelled a touch musty on arrival. Elevator access to floors is controlled by having a valid room access card. The bed was firm, the fridge worked and hot water flowed readily without having to wait an eternity. Cons: Only downside is that the room LACKS USB ports."

"I loved the upgrade that was provided for me by front desk staff my first day. I also loved how clean and spacious my room was , and as far as the food, it was amazingly delicious. The drinks were fantastic as well. Overall this hotel was top knotch and i wouldn'tmind staying here again!!"
