「「很棒的服務」」

「The hotel was exceptionally clean and peaceful, making the stay very comfortable and relaxing. The food was delicious, with great quality and taste throughout my visit. What stood out the most was the staff — everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would gladly stay here again.」

「We absolutely loved our stay! The property is beautiful, luxurious and perfectly located by Vembanad Lake. Everything is of excellent quality, the rooms are very comfortable, and we particularly loved the swimming pool, the lovely pond with lotus flowers and the terrace, where we could practise yoga. 「Beautiful property with well maintained landscape and tasteful decor. Great views of the lake and the meandering canal thru the property. The restaurant has a wide selection of food, especially Kerala specialties. Staff are courteous and attentive. All in all the best place we (family of four) stayed in during our India trip. Will come again!」

「Der var helt fantastisk at slutte vores ferie af på det her hotel. Alt var perfekt, og servicen var i topklasse. Jeg glæder mig til at komme igen!」

「Good place with family.」

「Loved the privacy of the cottage and the hospitality of the staff. The added brownie points were the complimentary tea/coffee and snacks in the afternoon! That's definitely something to look forward to. Otherwise, kitchen staff were not that great, we got some burnt rotis and found a hair in a curry. But the rest of the staff were wonderful and very helpful.」

「Absolutely wonderful! A dreamy place. You must try the houseboat for at least 1 night.」
