Riveredge Resort

"We enjoyed our time at Riveredge resort. Key highlights include : great location near the thousand island tour cruises, friendly staff, great well-maintained on-site restaurant and bar with delicious food, good ambience, nice and clean rooms Some areas of improvement: some renovations are needed particularly for the washroom tub and the gym (can add some gym machines or greater level of dumbbells). Having a balcony is nice. We would request if they can be cleaned a bit more regularly to take down spider webs so that people like us can enjoy it more. Overall: we would recommend a stay and would go back to stay here when visiting Alexandria Bay"

"I will recommend to stay in hotel Capt’s Inn and Suites, because it was clean and neat and close to all amenities. The swimming pool was clean and warmed, not deep. The staff was friendly and helpful! 👍"

"The staff was amazing. The room was very clean. Small items ....the hairdryer did not work, and there were air gaps in the airconditiong housing. Had it not been for those 2 items the place would have definately gotten a 5+ from me Also the advice on restaurants was spot on!"
