「Very large and comfortable room,it's a hotel with story and beautiful views,It's a little difficult to find your room because of long corridor,especially when you take a heavy luggage.」

「Close to city center and have a very nice church opposite to it. The breakfast is awesome and the room is neat and tidy. Though it is a little bit dark. If you are expecting a hot shower , sorry it may disappointed you. The water pressure may not be satisfying you. 」

「The hotel was just as described and quite beautiful and welcoming. The service was particularly noteworthy and just extraordinary. My husband fell ill during our stay and everyone reached out to help in ways we had never seen. They were extremely helpful in arranging medical appointments and transportation and followed up with several offers of support as if we were staying in a private home. The spa service I received was outstanding. I strongly recommend this hotel without reservation. 」

「Clean and comfortable room, in a great location for exploring killarney. Staff were friendly and breakfast was really nice. Pool was a bit cold but nice overall. We couldn't get parking in the car park across from the hotel so had to park a few minutes walk away」
