「I like the Location of property, cleanliness, good staff, good amenities but only the thing i dont like is the resort didnt provide me the heater while it was very cold in the room. 」

「Staff was very good, but hot water was not there. They told me to turn on the boiler for 15 mins than hot water will come. I left it on for 45 mins, hot water was there for half a bucket, I ended showering with cold water. There is no elevator and lot of stairs. Electric socket was open. 」
