My room was very clean and the staff cleaned it during my 3 night stay. Unfortunately, I had no wifi for my whole stay. That was crucial for my business. Also, off my balcony they kept cows which was very unsightly. Also, I booked through Expedia and they could not find my reservation which made my whole stay confusing.

Disliked: Cleanliness
The water pressure was very low and it was difficult to take shower. The bulb over the sink was about to go out. The cover of the stool was broken. I asked a staff to change the bulb and fix the stool and he said he will do it next day, which never happened until I checked out. There are a hotel restaurant. I ordered a pizza and it took almost two hours to be served. All the staff members are friendly but do not expect anything. They are constructing another building with a swimming pool. Unfortunately, this hotel is the best option that you can find in Mubende.
