「Wonderful staff at the reception. Very professional, they communicate in English, very helpful , and go out of their way to make one feel at home. Two of them we came across was George and Nana…both were amazing. Housekeeping staff wonderful…our rooms were immaculately clean. Breakfast at the coffee shop was good. Gigi & Nika were exceptional. All staff we came across are a great asset to Makmani. The Hotel is walking distance to city center, shopping, restaurants, attractions etc. ...

「I booked it for my father, and he loved everything! The only issue is the location as it requires as there is a steep hill leading to/from the property if going downtown. 」

「City centre, in comparison with other hotels, you don’t need to go to the mountain , the location is in the middle of a main street. Shopping, restaurants - whatever you want. The staff is very helpful, the apartment is clean, the kitchen has everything you need for housing. 「We booked eight days in rooms hotel of Georgia ,four days in Tbilisi,four days in Kazbegi,but it is a terrible experince. We booked the car in your hotel ,but the local stuff and the local diver are one group, they cheat travellers .we paid them 400 GEL ,but when we got on the car the driver said it was not enough,he put us in a Marshurka bus station and wanted more 150 GEL .The driver found many his driver friends to arround us ,to ask more money and to give us pressure. 「Very nice room, top floor! Nice surprise for us as we were on our honeymoon with champagne and cake. Daily free refills water tea coffee etc, towels bathrobes etc. amenity kits all provided.
