「The staff were charming and helpful. What was unsettling is that they did not know we were coming, in spite of our Expedia booking, nor knew that we had paid. Nor did they have internet access 'we are working on it' which made checking the evidence of our payment challenging.」

「The stay was great. The only issue was that Hotels.com hadn’t passed our booking through to the hotel in spite of confirming our booking. Fortunately the hotel was not full and they were able to accommodate our party of eight. Had the booking not been lost the hotel would have got five stars. The staff were truly excellent. It’s a shame the same cannot be said of hotels.com communications with the hotel.」

「This was a complete scam. Although we booked and paid via Hotels.com, when we arrived, they said they had no record of pur booking and insisted that we pay (again) at the desk. DO NOT BOOK!」
