「The hotel is closed and therefore didn’t honour my booking and I am unable to contact anyone from Expedia to get a refund. I am owed £213 for the booking but there is no way of contacting anyone.」

「Casa de campo was booked on expedia and payment made. We followed the directions via the expedia site and checked in. After about two hours, we were informed that another hotel called casa de campo had received our payment and this was believed to be a non existant hotel as it had the same pictures and directions ysed. We were asked to make a further payment of 2500 metricals of which this dispute is still ongoing.」
