「We ended up staying here for the weekend and as soon as I walk in the room, the baby mattress had something orange/red on, then the towel they used to wipe it was in the sink, the pool was stinky, my son loved the waterside though, the breakfast was good in my opinion, nothing too crazy but the second day we came at 930 and the juice was out so instead of refilling it they shut it off, and then my hubby bumped into one of the workers and he apologized but she seemed kinda grumpy and also it...

「This was the first time we ever staying in a room with our puppy. I know his barking upset a guest across the hall and I apologize. One thing, and I mention it, was that we killed a number of ants in the room. otherwise we enjoyed our stay. Alana Newton」

「Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff, has a pool, easy location to get to and the AC worked very well. Cons: Room smelled of old cigarettes (there is a spray for that!), bed was not comfy and hot tub was not working. Overall, I paid a really good price and got what I paid for.」

「The pool was nice and clean as was the hottub, and the room was great, the only issue we had was trying to getca hold of the front desk, we called 5 times and every time they would answer and hang up.」

「The receptionist was extremely friendly and accomodating. Her name should be Cathy. The room was neat and tidy. All in all, the stay was pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located with walking shopping facilities. Appreciate its strict non smoking policy. Good value for money. What else can you expect?」
