"Absolutely beautiful hotel with a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The décor was stunning, the rooms were spotless, and every detail felt thoughtfully curated. What truly stood out was the customer service—professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. The staff went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable and memorable. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel.”"
"Beautiful room but highway robbery for parking and restaurant! I booked a room overlooking the Falls for my milestone birthday and parents' 45th anniversary. The room was much smaller than I expected as I stayed in the same hotel 2 years ago and had a massive room with a sprawling couch and ample area to take pictures. Additionally, there wasn't the hospitality that I experienced the last time which made me want to visit again. The last time, they gave me a free bottle of champagne and chocolate cake. So hospitable!
This time, there were a lot of hidden fees. We were told at the door that there is a $75 charge for parking the car. So we were like, we'll park ourselves- well, they didn't give the right directions as we were driving around looking for the place where to park (why isn't there an address on the ticket?!). Then when we got there in the dead of night, there was no one supervising the lot and the lot was not salted and ICY! I almost fell but was more concerned about my SENIOR father as I am still relatively young and tolerate a fall. VERY UNSAFE AND CHEAP!
Imagine our shock when we were still charged $50 despite having to self park so far away! At that rate, we should have just found our own parking! What a rip off!
Then, we went to Morton's. Granted, the food was good but TOO EXPENSIVE AND NOT ONLY THAT,A RANDOM TOURIST FEE ADDED TO THE BILL. HIGHWAY ROBBERY!
Next time, I will REALLY have to consider whether to come here- def not by car, as its not worth it! Do"
