"Breakfast was adequate. Entryway and halls were very full of light and welcoming. Our room was comfortable and clean…except for the vent in the bathroom. (We let the front desk know so it could get cleaned.) We will definitely keep it in mind should we pass thru Flagstaff again! "

"Everything was great! The only thing we would change is the setup of the breakfast buffet. Having the waffle irons in the center of the buffet caused unnecessary, long lines. Move the waffle irons to their own table and put the eating utensils at the end of the buffet. Or have a staff member pre-make the waffles."

"I enjoyed the stay. Very nice room and great views. I am unhappy with the fact the I was charged by hotels com and the hotel itself. I overpayed for one night for sure. I will attempt to request a refund for being charged twice. "
