"Room was okay though only one small shampoo and conditioner were provided. The gym was missing several weights, the bike and weight scale was broken, the A/C didn’t work and a light was out. There were no towels or water either. Breakfast was just okay."

"It's too stringent on the time frame that we can cancel the booking. My stay should have been on March 6th, but the deadline for cancelation with full refund is March 1st. I tried explaining that i booked this trip for my daughter's gymnastic competition, but my daughter got hurt/ injury on March 4th. When i tried to contact someone about the situation, i was only able to talk to AI system, not live person. That led to us unable to cancel with at least some refund. I was charged that night of stay without being there..."

"Hotel was amazing - just wished they had queen size beds for a family of 4! We had to squeeze into 2 full size beds. Other than that - amazing "

"I feel misled by the tapings and start level assigned to this property at booking. It's not even a 2 Star. The property is old, deteriorated and dirty. I was traveling by myself and on business, but would not have stayed if I had been traveling with my family. "

"Avoid rooms 222, 322, 422 etc they open by to the elevator well and the dinging starts at 6am as people depart. Ask for your room to be cleaned, it won’t happen otherwise. There’s a bar downstairs with local beer on draft. Take your shower at night the hot water runs out in the morning."
