Staff were nice enough. Pillows are horrible, everyone complained that they were overstuffed, I barely slept all week and part due to altitude part due to the pillows being so uncomfortable. Felt similar to staying in a dorm room. No decorations hardly. Blank slate room. Bathroom heater didn’t work. Cob webs in corners. Hot water intermittent. Front desk was very nice though.

The room was very clean. Loved that it had the basic necessities; tissue, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and an abundance of body and hand towels. Suggestions would be to include wash cloths and luggage racks and include info on ski locker usage. There is no place to put luggage and ...
