"First, when we arrived to Vegas I got a text around 2 saying my room was ready. Upon checking in at the mobile station, I was charged for early check in, despite them texting me saying my room was ready. I feel like I shouldn’t have been charged for early check in when I was told my room was ready via the Caesar’s text communication. Second when we entered our room it was very hot! But the staff came quickly and the issue was resolved within 10 minutes. 10/10 for them! Third, despite selecting the service option, we never received service in our room throughout the whole stay. Sunday-Thursday. We ended up having to find a housekeeping cart to ask for our own toilet paper. The location of the hotel is perfect, almost center on the strip across from Hell’s Kitchen and Caesar’s palace. We didn’t visit the pool but we enjoyed our stay at the flamingo. Even with the little hiccups we would stay here again. "

"Clean room"

"I have stayed here previously and have been satisfied with Luxor. My stay was not the best, from their new check-in, which is all done as self check-in, only one person there trying to help mamy navigate the new system. W hen the tub drained, the water came up through the shower drain with black gunk and smelled like rotten eggs. I did go get my room changed. Room two was pretty much the same thing. Two of the pools were closed the entire time and one of the days there was no pool access at all and had the option of using Mandalay Bay, which was packed and some chairs were available, but at a cost or use the pool at Excalibur. I will have to give serious thought to staying at Luxor in the future."

"Gullet's had great food! Loved the atmosphere. Casino was grea, not too cold considering the temp outside. Bathroom was a little dated but still very functional. Staff was very helpful. One of the better for the price."
