「I am so impressed. It was like a luxury to be there for the night, so calm and peaceful, so well-appointed and maintained. You drive up and it looks like a motel but very nice. And you go to your room and it is amazing. The only single thing is that the folks in the adjoining room were a bit loud in the morning. Morning people :) It was just an amazing place, highly recommended.」
「A wonderful home right in the lap of nature soaking in beautiful Mount Shasta. We spent a most relaxing and rejuvenating weekend in Basecamp lodge. Being vegetarians, we were able to come back after our day long trek and cook nice meals using the well equipped kitchen. Provisions easily purchased from the nearby supermarket, Ray’s food place is a great option 10 min away. The cabin had an elegant design with a good working TV and internet :). A perfect getaway for a couple or a small family!」
「Staff was accommodating and very friendly, the breakfast was the same every day but had a variety to choose from, hard boiled egg, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, fresh fruit , toast with 3 different kinds of bread, coffee, tea, milk and juice. Hotel was older but clean, was a great location as we had to travel to McCloud every day. Will definitely stay here the next time in town.」
「Beautiful room nice and clean with all needed amenities for a quick weekend trip we stayed in a room with Shasta Mountain View so beautiful pizza and beer place within walking distance was delicious the owners so sweet they gave us suggestions of places to visit while we were in town we will definitely recommend this cabin」
「Hands down the best hotel experience we’ve had in a long time!
If you hate waiting at the front desk, you will love this place. Online check-in was flawless, and they just email you the room key passcode so you can walk straight to your room. My husband and I travel a lot, and we have never stayed at a hotel where the WiFi worked perfectly—we usually can't even finish a single movie. But the WiFi here is top-notch! The TV uses a Rukita connection, so we just signed into our Netflix and Prime...
