The gardens and lawn areas surrounding the hotel are a real delight and the owners are fantastic, they offer a free shuttle in and out of town of a night time for meals which is incredible. "It was clean, but very dated. Needed new carpet, bathroom sink was cracked all over, toilet was obviously very old, no washcloths provided, bed lights were small fluorescent, bed was very springy, nightstands were from the 1980s, and there was a large can of bug spray in the wardrobe which caused a worry about bugs at night. "
