The room seemed unkempt. There were still fake rose petals and some chocolate under the bed from previous renters i think - eww. Also my room was by the stairwell door which was slammed repeatedly. And the bed was not secure and so loud every time i turned over, i hardly slept. I wont be back

Staff was nice and it was clean but the bed was terrible! I swear it was just a box spring and not even a mattress. Both of us were moving around all night and were hurting in the morning. He can’t move his neck and my back is killer. They definitely need to get some new beds

I enjoyed my stay here. I found the room to be clean and quiet. I checked in after 1 am since I was coming from an event but there was no problem with check in at that hour since it was done virtually. I am not sure if most hotels do it this way but it actually makes sense if you think about it. There weren’t a ton of options at breakfast but it was fine overall.

Checked in on a Thursday for a 3-night stay and discovered the toilet didn’t flush properly and that there was limited to no hot water coming from the shower. The room’s AC unit also continuously powered off. It was 9 at night with a 3-night stay ahead, so I opted to check out and find better arrangements. Later on after requesting a refund, the hotel denied the refund to Expedia, claiming I was using the reservation. I’ve been at La Quinta since Thursday at nearly 10 PM. This is absolutely unacceptable and downright theft. Do not stay at this location.

Booked this for a quick sleep on a road trip. Opened the door to check in and was greeted by a haze of weed smoke. I have nothing against smoking weed, but a lobby completely filled with smoke is disgusting. The room was run down and noisy. I wouldn’t even give it one star. We will never stay here again.

No iron in room so had to walk the mile to the front desk and speak to a kiosk to request one (no phones in rooms). Roach was chilling in the shower when I went to clean up. Strong smell of Marijuana in the hallway and shady looking characters hanging out by side entrance door near our room. Front desk clerk added charges to credit card without getting our consent beforehand. Just a horrible experience all around. Worse $300 I've ever spent.

I don’t like that I saw a mouse in the hall way. I don’t like the laundry charges you 2.25 per wash and dry, but it don’t clean or dry the clothes unless you do two or more rounds. (Waste of money)

From around 6 -11 pm the one end of the 1st floor reeked of weed. There was no chair for the desk so I had to drag the lounge chair over. The inside of the tb started peeling after the shower was used the 2nd time. Woke up 2nd day to a huge puddle of water from the in room hvac unit. The side door of building didn’t lock so anybody can sneak into the hotel.

I had king room with jetted tub. First it’s non smoking supposedly in all rooms but wow. Upon entering hallways signs say non smoking and all you can smell in the halls of them rooms was all smoke smell. It shelled so bad walking the halls and on top of that smell like wet dirty dogs. The jetted tub worked fine but was all messed up with cracks, handles were broke off and tub had like spackling patches. Towels were dingy looking like they need to purchase new towels. Bed had very thin sheets which I didn’t even use to cover my self. It just seemed very outdated and doesn’t compare to the photos online. My reason only was to be in jetted tub for my back and hip pain issues that’s all I really wanted.
